The governance structure of Palomar College (PC) in San Marcos, California, is defined in the plan described in this document. Introductory material indicates that the plan was designed to provide appropriate representation for each of PC's constituent groups, delineate committee responsibilities and reporting relationships, establish the appropriate number and size of committees, insure that operational matters are handled appropriately, and establish a framework for short-term and long-range strategic planning processes, with goals and objectives for the future and plans for achieving them.
