Proposed Senate Bill 367, the Nontraditional Employment for Women Act, contains provisions to amend the Job Training Partnership Act to encourage a broader range of training and job placement for women. The two major components of the bill are: (1) planning and reporting requirements; and (2) a 4-year demonstration program to foster the development of programs to train and place women in nontraditional jobs.
