Excellence in American Education through Improving School Climate: What the Parents, Teachers, Students, Principals, Superintendents, Board of Education, Central Staff, Nonteaching Staff, and Community Can Do?
Ways in which participants in the educational system can improve school climate are presented in this paper. A model of organizational climate is described in terms of a functional relationship based on the functions and contributions of various groups.
