It then describes the state's compliance with federal mandates and supplies statistics on participation in various programs and funding levels. The third section of the report addresses how the state met federal Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA) mandates and lists JTPA accomplishments in the state for 1984-85. The fourth section presents steps for implementing the master plan for vocational education in Texas in the future, and the final section summarizes activities of the Advisory Council for Technical-Vocational Education in Texas.
