Section 1 outlines NASA's mainline programs including space operations, aviation technology, space probing, and commerical use of space. Section 2 contains a representative selection of spinoff products and processes and describes the NASA technology from which these transfers were derived. Section 3 details the mechanisms NASA employs to foster technology utilization and stimulate interest among prospective users of the technology.
