Curriculum guides are provided for plastics technology, industrial maintenance, and computer numerical control. Each curriculum is divided into a number of courses. For each course these instructor materials are presented in the official course outline: course description, course objectives, unit titles, texts and materials, instructor resources, and evaluation measures. Student learning guide materials for each course include the competency, introduction, performance objective, performance enablers, learning experiences, self-checks, and performance tests. Courses in the plastics technology curriculum are plastic materials and application, injection molds and mold maintenance, injection molding machine operation, injection molding process control and troubleshooting, and auxiliary equipment and material handling. The industrial maintenance curriculum has these courses: pneumatic controls, hydraulics II, hydraulics III, print reading for machine trades, and mechanical maintenance. The computer numerical control curriculum contains a course in numerical control (NC)/computer numerical control (CNC) programming. (YLB)
