Examples of the type of analyses that are possible using the data available are included. Three appendixes comprising three-fourths of the document include: a list of the 46 disciplines and major fields, including codes that refer to the National Center for Education Statistics' Classification of Instructional Programs and the Higher Education General Information System (HEGIS) Taxonomy; data tables; and a list of participating institutions.
