The bibliography, which is divided into three separate books, is organized by subject: Part 1 cites literature on: administration and supervision, the visual arts and music; language arts and Spanish; science and mathematics; curriculum; methods of instruction; use of schooltime; educational opportunities; domestic education; adult and professional education; special education; and primary education. Part 2 cites literature on: rural education; secondary education, higher education; vocational education; English instruction in Puerto Rico; private schools; young children; adolescents; social studies; philosophy of education; and educational finance. Part 3 cites research on: the history of education in Puerto Rico; specialized education (e.g., audiovisual); educational legislation; masters of education; statistics and evaluation procedures; orientation; the physical structures of schools; educational psychology; health; and special school services in Puerto Rican public schools.
