Intended to help special education administrators, the guide presents information on resources for microcomputer application in program management. The first section offers basic information on such topics as online databases, software, database management systems, and word processing programs. Section 2 provides information on computer organizations, user groups, and human resources; section 3 includes abstracts of over 40 articles on a variety of topics including spread sheets, software review, buying guides for modems, computer consultants, word processing, rural special education, and computer crime. Abstracts of books in section 4 touch upon computer literacy, computer peripherals, organizational issues, and database management.
