The fourth section is a discussion of controlling and includes two articles: "Quality Circles in Educational Administration," by John J. Lane and "Operations Management Techniques," by Bruce Aldrich. The final section, which focuses on directing, includes "The Management Team: A Positive Domain," by John J.
