Data Supporting Creation of Office of Communications Management.
Designed to support the formation of a New York State Office of Communications Management, this document contains official recommendations, cost justifications, public hearing testimonies, and government documents which address the need for a statewide control of telecommunications. A year-long, 12-step plan for implementation of a State Office of Communications Management and two reports--"Telecommunications in New York State: Background and Educational Capacities" (Gregory M.
