Data on students at Ohio's state two- and four-year colleges are presented for 1984, based on the Ohio Board of Regents Uniform Information System. For each campus, student enrollments by major field of study and student level are presented. Another section shows the number of students carrying various credit-hour loads by field of study for each campus. Credit loads are also indicated for 12 class levels that comprise the undergraduate, graduate, and professional ranks. Additional data for each campus cover: day and evening enrollments by major field of study; enrollments by age, sex, and class; enrollments by sex, marital status, and living arrangements; enrollments by racial/ethnic groups; enrollments by state and county of residence; full-time-equivalent enrollment by program and level/rank; degrees awarded by program and subprogram; undergraduate and graduate applications and admissions by term, 1983-1984, for each campus; applications and admissions for medicine, dentistry, law, optometry, veterinary medicine; make-up of student body (e.g., first-time degree students entering from high school, continuing students, returning students, transfer students); and type of preparation for newly admitted students to professional programs.
