The second section focuses on the shift in community college leadership toward working as an entrepreneurial team. Stumph; "Strategies for Generating New Financial Resources," by Bernard J. Luskin and Ida K. Warren; and "Managing and Investing College Funds," by Charles E. Taylor, Jr., and Dennis Greenway. The third section looks at emerging issues and implications for strengthening the financial management of community colleges, including "Emerging Issues in Public Policy and Financial Administration," by Richard L. Alfred; and "Strengthening Financial Management: An Agenda for the Future," by Dale F. Campbell.
