Bolin, Kay
This handbook presents the key components of an urban home-based tutoring program for adults. It updates information contained in the fiscal year 1983 handbook. Section 2 describes the key components of the SCALE Home-based Tutoring Program. It covers instructional services, support services, recruiting efforts, staffing design, staff training and supervision, evaluation, and future goals.
