Issues for teachers and administrators to consider when introducing a new course in psychology at the high school level are listed in this checklist. The checklist is organized into the following sections: rationale for introducing a psychology course, target population, course content, teaching strategies, concerns for physical safety, ethical concerns, community resources, and qualifications of the psychology teachers.
