This monograph is intended to draw attention to the necessity for establishing research priorities which focus upon the problems specifically addressing the education of handicapped secondary school youth. Five studies addressing issues in this area are presented: (1) "An Analysis of Curriculum and Grading Formats Used by Regular Secondary Teachers" (Cynthia L. Warger); (2) "An Investigation of Secondary Preservice and Practicing Teachers' Perceptions Relating to Public Law 94-142" (Patricia A.
