How to Find Information on Educational and Psychological Tests at the Library of Congress.
Library of Congress, Washington, DC. General Reading Rooms Div.
Although portions of this guide to finding information on educational and psychological tests at the Library of Congress are directed at those interested in standardized published tests as preparation for taking them, it will probably be most helpful to those administering tests, interpreting their results, or designing measuring devices for research. The first part discusses the problem of locating copies of tests and points to strategies for using the reference works listed in the third part. The second part is a list of selected Library of Congress subject headings leading to information on tests and measurement. The last section describes reference works available in the Main Reading Room, Social Sciences Reading Room, and Microform Reading Room which aid in finding copies of tests and information about them, and which sometimes include copies of portions of the tests themselves.
