The first section of the booklet briefly discusses approaches to consulting and sources of consulting information. The second section looks at consulting in practice, examines prerequisite skills and suggests how to market them, describes the structure of workshops, seminars, and employee communication programs that make up consulting activities, and evaluates the results of consulting efforts.
