After outlining the purpose of the community college system and the make-up of the 14-member state board, Section I presents a statement of philosophy of the community college system, delineates the board's expenditures during the year, and indicates the number of teaching certificates issued. Section II contains a directory, providing information on the state's 9 community college districts, 15 colleges, 3 skills centers, and 27 campuses, and includes a staffing profile for each district.
