This list of Environmental Sciences References Sources is intended to give undergraduate and graduate students a starting point when searching for information in the library. Entries are grouped according to type of reference material and then are listed in alphabetical order. The types of reference material included are guides to dictionaries, encyclopedias, handbooks, directories, statistical sources, bibliographies, and indexes and abstracting journals. Each entry consists of a complete citation, call number, location at the University of Virginia, and an annotation. Abbreviations used to locate references at the various university libraries are included. (Author/JN)
