This report contains the results of the ninth application of the Tennessee Technological University Teacher Evaluation Model and an overview of previous reports that have been conducted since 1973. Information on graduates of the teacher education program is used for curriculum evaluation and long range planning. In the first chapter, data collecting procedures are described. The second chapter contains analyses of selected data over an eight year period, including comparisons of bachelor's degree and master's degree level graduates. Chapter III presents and interprets data for the current year of the study (1981) and compares results to those of earlier years. Chapter IV consists of special studies that were completed or partially completed during 1981-1982. Chapter V provides a summary of the report, conclusions, recommendations, and tentative plans for revising the test model in the next year of the study. An appendix lists 62 reports and studies dealing with the teacher preparation programs at the university. (FG)
