The revised career development plan for Head Start staff of the Lincoln, Nebraska, public schools is documented in this report. Outlined are job descriptions indicating general responsibilities, specific duties, qualifications, and, where appropriate, other conditions of employment. The 22 positions described range from Head Start Director to Classroom Aide, most of which are indicated on a staffing chart depicting the structure of Head Start positions. In addition, goals and priorities for career development, the organizational structure and functions of the Career Development Committee, the qualifications and duties of the Director of Career Development and the by-laws of the committee are indicated. Instruments used in Head Start staff evaluation and an outline of the Head Start program's training plan are included. (RH)
