The report describes the planning and implementation of a 12 month longitudinal approach to establishing linkages between agencies serving the vocational needs of handicapped persons in New Jersey. Plans called for a statewide workshop with regional leaders followed by regional workshops with local leaders. Planning steps included selection of workshop participants and locations. Highlights of the statewide conference are presented along with information on followup. Brief evaluation comments cite project weaknesses (such as need for attracting more participants from agencies other than the public schools) and strengths (including the use of group leaders and recorders to facilitate discussion).
