This is a report of hearings held in Indianapolis, Indiana, on August 25 and 26, 1981, before the Subcommittee on Employment and Productivity on employment and training programs and the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA), which expires at the end of September, 1982. The focus of the hearings is examination of objectives of employment training policy and the relationship between federal, state, and local governments in funding, design, and administration of employment and training programs.
