Intended for use by elementary and secondary school teachers in Scotland, this booklet provides guidelines to enable teachers to obtain information on the range of resources available to support teaching activities, and to obtain instructional materials once a selection has been made. A general introduction to the location of educational resources is accompanied by descriptions of the types of information and materials available at the school, local, regional, and national levels. The location and use of educational equipment and some sources of up-to-date information on available educational resources are also discussed. (JL)
