This self-help booklet explores a wide variety of ways to enrich or expand one's life through activities and ideas to increase self-insight, sensitivity to others, awareness of the world, and enjoyment of life. The first of two major sections, Realms to Explore, includes such topics as "Know Thyself: Experiencing Your Mind and Body,""Exploring the Major Fields of Knowledge,""Learning How to Help Others to a Better Life,""Deepening Personal Relationships,""Focusing on Religious and Spiritual Growth," and "Getting Enjoyment, Fun, and Happiness Out of Life." Along with each topic are suggested activities and self-study ideas. The second section, Getting Started, has two major topics. "A Personal Inventory--Taking Stock of Your Present, Past, and Future" suggests ways to look at one's lifestyle as a whole--values, apprehensions, hopes, and dreams. The exercises suggest ways to do this. "Choosing to Change" provides a chart for use in choosing and planning personal changes. (PV)
