Inservice programs conducted in Ohio school districts which were designed to improve teacher and administrator skills are described. Fields in which improvement suggestions are given include: staff development (Ohio schools only) administrative inservice; arts; career education; curriculum design; economic education; guidance; instructional concerns; kindergarten; motivation; new teacher orientation; organizing inservice training programs; reading (levels K-12); special curriculum areas; special education; and usage of volunteers. A brief program description of each town or area school's specific inservice training method is given, along with the intended participants and a means for evaluation. Names, addresses, and telephone numbers of persons to contact for further information are given, and a bibliography and inservice resource talent questionnaire are appended. (LH)
