The first topic, work habits, deals with absenteeism, coffee break abuse, communication skills, dress, ethics, human relations, overtime, punctuality, safety, and resources. Productivity, the second subject, involves goal setting, individual skill and job tasks, profits, quality production, and resources. For each subtopic the following are included: (1) a list of student objectives, (2) materials needed, (3) the suggested activities, (4) feedback methods, and (5) other additional activity ideas.
