The report details the Experience-Based Career Education program (EBCE) for handicapped senior high students. Among start up activities considered are collaboration with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, inservice training, recruitment and selection of students, and curriculum and site development. Second-stage activities (implementation of the program) are explained to include providing students with career exploration experiences, matching students to employment experience sites, and monitoring student progress at the sites. More than half of the report is composed of a third party evaluation of the project which reviews project processes and outcomes and indicates that all major process objectives of the project were achieved.
