How to Evaluate Administrative and Supervisory Personnel. Volume IX: AASA Executive Handbook Series.
American Association of School Administrators, Arlington, VA.
This handbook tells how to identify and afford on-the-job development for administrators and supervisors of a school system or other institution and at the same time how to evaluate them. Such evaluation is dedicated to on-the-job growth and has performance improvement as the main purpose. (Author/LD)
