Year-End Report, Exemplary Project. Lewiston Job Development, Placement and Follow-Up.

Reviewed in this report is the second year of this project. The major proposal objectives, activities and accomplishments of the program are summarized. The third party evaluation presented provides: (1) an overview and impressions of the project's development, operation, and acceptance; (2) an assessment of the project's performance in meeting its stated objectives; (3) commendations; and (4) recommendations. Each of the specific proposal objectives are discussed in terms of the degree of success with which they were met. Plans for continuation and improvement activities are outlined. Tables showing contact, referral and placement activity, sample placement office forms, and a systems flow chart are included. A conclusion of the report is that this program has been successful in establishing a practical model for work-related student services. (Author/EB)
