Presented in this guide are 14 multi-disciplinary ethnic heritage units for use with grades 7-12. Included are units for social studies, English, math, music, vocational education, and special education. Each unit contains a lesson plan which lists subject matter, general objectives, a subject overview, and estimated class time. Also listed are content outlines, instructional objectives, learning activities, and materials and resources. Samples of pre- and post-tests are provided. (EB)
