The teacher inservice handbook and program described is intended to demonstrate through group exercise how to improve the functioning of a team in an instructional setting. Three main sections are outlined--discovering what the situation is, improving meetings, and improving the quality of relationships. This descriptive report provides additional information on the purposes and content of the materials as well as activities and resources involved.
