The learning module cluster described here attempts to heighten teachers' awareness of the effects of cultural deprivation upon childhood development and the subsequent effects on learning. The product intends to guide teachers in developing competency in dealing with these adverse effects. This descriptive report provides information on the purposes and content of the modules as well as activities and resources involved.
