Proceedings are presented of a workshop of "Higher Education: New Directions for Leadership," which is part of the project "Statewide Activities for Preservice Education in Oregon Institutions of Higher Education." The following forum speeches are presented: "Wasted Energy: Colleges' Liberal Vocational Debate," by Donald Casella; "Title VI and IX: Implications for Higher Education Institutions," by Barbara Caulfield; and "How in the World Can We Do All of This," by Elizabeth Koontz.
