Unit ten, Famous Kentucky People and Places, includes a comprehensive list of parks, shrines museums, and natural wonders and names of famous authors, politicians, artists, athletes, musicians, social reformers, pioneers, scientists, and educators. Each unit contains an outline of objectives, procedures, and activities, instructional materials suitable for duplication, tests, answer keys, and a bibliography of relevant books, films, and filmstrips.
