The Energy Challenge: An Activity Master Program About our Energy Past, Present, and Future for Grades 5 Through 8.

This publication presents 24 spirit duplicating activity masters and background materials for energy education in grades 5 through 8. These interdisciplinary materials are arranged in 6 units. Unit titles are: (1) Energy Overview; (2) Fossil Fuels - Coal, Oil, and Natural Gas; (3) Energy Resources for Today and Tomorrow; (4) Energy Conservation; (5) Energy and The Environment; and (6) Energy Problems: A Product of Choice. Objectives, background information and vocabulary are given for each unit. Each spirit master should produce at least 200 copies. (MR)
