Using steps in constructing a building as guidelines, the booklet discusses elements in developing programs and curricula for the gifted and talented. Addressed are the following aspects: defining the needs of the gifted and talented, locating resources, involving faculty and administration, brainstorming concept areas and goals, and planning a unit framework.
