Designed as a group guidance approach which can be used with study hall groups and subject matter area classes, this career guidance program provides experiences for high school students in the area of employability and work adjustment. Intended to span eighteen days, the program includes such topics as evaluation of self and skills, values clarification, decision-making skills, computer-assisted guidance, job search techniques, job applications, job resumes, job interviews, work adjustment, budgeting, and banking services. Also included are outlines for both the instructor and the students giving brief overviews of the activities.
