This library handbook is a guide for the engineering student. It lists some of the more useful materials and reference books basic to general research and gives their location in the Fogler Library at the University of Maine. Materials are listed in three categories: (1) general reference works--dictionaries, encyclopedias, and handbooks; (2) engineering fields--chemical, civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering; and (3) abstracts and indexes.
