This report of a conference for school administrators and media staff provides the text of the keynote address presented by Evelyn Daniel, as well as reports from small group sessions on the following topics: (1) policy making and budget setting; (2) centralized technical processing or commercially available technical services; (3) cable television; (4) planning, programming, and budgeting systems; (5) interpersonal communications; (6) reading at the elementary level; (7) language arts at the elementary level; (8) elementary level programs; (9) English at the secondary level; (10) social studies--secondary level; and (11) science/math at the secondary level. The names of group discussion leaders are included in the conference program. A collection of library instructional games designed to increase students' knowledge of library materials is appended.
