Interpersonal Communications Workshop.

The major purpose of an interpersonal communications workshop is to provide participants the opportunity to acquire knowledge and practice skills in face-to-face communication, individual communicating style, group and organizational factors which affect communication, and continued improvement of individual communication skills. The exercises in this document are designed for use by library personnel in a series of theory and practice sessions on interpersonal communications.
