Symposium: Perspectives on Formative Evaluation of Children's Television Programs.
Evaluators of television programing and representatives of funding agencies discussed the impact of the perceptions of funding agencies on the evaluation of children's television. Participants also examined the interplay between the objectives of the television series and the evaluation, the relationship between production and evaluation, and the resulting problems.
