This self-instructional course is the second volume of the basic course in French. The material is divided into 12 chapters. The subjects of the dialogues are: "at the employment agency"; "customs"; "school"; "let's talk about the theater"; "at the airport"; "the doctor's house call"; "about money"; "a car accident"; and "Paris by night." The dialogue section is followed by a discussion of grammar points and relevant exercises. Situations are then presented followed by general and indirect questions.
