This selected bibliography provides elementary school educators with a list of books currently in print which provide supplementary resources on food, nutrition and related topics. All books listed were judged factually accurate and suitable for the grade level designated, offering material that would implement, enrich and support elementary curricula. Each citation includes author, title, publisher date, cost, a brief annotation and age level. Also included are Dewey Decimal numbers for nonfiction books.
