Vocational Guidance of Women: Psychological and Cultural Implications.
Yu, Miriam
Vocational guidance stands out as the most urgent need of women participating in the work market. Adequate guidance can help direct women's abilities to appropriate levels of work and thus avoid frustration and waste of talent. Being better counseled, educated and trained, women will be prepared to accept more demanding, interesting and more highly paid positions. It is the responsibility of women and also of those who help to shape the lives of women, and those who have influence on educational and vocational development to make serious attempts to assist both young and adult women.
