One of 33 self-paced instructional modules for an industry services leadership development (ISLD) program, this guide provides the information needed for using the ISLD modules and is primarily designed for use by instructors and supervisors who will manage the use of the modules in various training situations. (The ISLD modules are designed as tools for a comprehensive program to train professional level personnel to provide guidance in the performance of manpower services by public agencies to new and expanding private industry.)
