Proceedings are presented for a 3-day State and national vocational education advisory council staff session which included (1) a congressional briefing by House and Senate members and staff on the current status of vocational education legislation; (2) discussions by different agency representatives on how they interpret the role of State advisory councils; and (3) small group sessions to consider "how-to" experiences.
