Module subjects were: (1) communications techniques, (2) advertising and public relations, (3) personnel administration, (4) consumer protection information, (5) planning and budgeting, and (6) supervisory skills. These workshops were designed to provide factual information and practical experience through a variety of instructional formats, as well as to facilitate interlibrary and interagency communication.
