This document is the final volume of a three-volume report on the Right to Read Preservice Teacher Preparation Project. It is composed of ten appendices (H-Q) containing various teaching modules, assessment forms, audio-visual materials, and orientation packages. Appendix H presents instruments for assessing student performance in student teaching. Appendix I gives several modules for student teaching of language arts, and Appendix J contains modules for elementary science. Two cover pages from teacher idea packets constitute Appendix K. A suggested audiotape slide presentation script is given in Appendix L. A form for evaluating the effectiveness of the student teaching program is Appendix M. The orientation of students to student teaching centers through various learning experiences is the subject of Appendix N, with a checklist of experiences to be undergone and a suggested module for getting to know the children of a class included. Appendix O consists of preparticipation assessment forms for student teaching. Appendix P is a handbook for student teachers, presenting the history, philosophy, rules, programs, and materials of Captain Hunt Elementary School.
